Account & Registration

Head to the Register page and fill in your details — a valid Philippine mobile number, a username, and a secure password. You will receive an OTP via SMS to verify your number. Once that is confirmed, your account is active and ready to use. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

Yes. You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on 709pub. This is a firm requirement. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. 709pub takes responsible gaming seriously and does not allow underage players on the platform.

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page. You will be asked for your registered Philippine mobile number, and an OTP will be sent to verify your identity. Once confirmed, you can set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact our support team at [email protected] with your username ready for manual verification.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are against the platform rules and may result in account suspension. If you have accidentally created more than one account, contact [email protected] to have the extra accounts closed before they are flagged automatically.

For security reasons, changes to core account details — especially your registered mobile number — require identity verification. Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the details you want to update and a brief explanation. The support team will guide you through the verification steps. Do not wait until your old number is deactivated, as this could lock you out of OTP verification.
Deposits & Payments

709pub supports Philippine-based payment options including online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Visit the Deposit page after logging in to see the full list of currently available methods for your account.

Most deposits via local e-wallets and online banking are credited to your 709pub balance within minutes. Bank transfers may occasionally take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable wait, check your transaction history and contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method you choose. The current minimums for each method are shown on the Deposit page when you are logged in. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, always check that page directly rather than relying on third-party sources.

No. 709pub does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency for deposits or wagering. The platform is designed specifically for Philippine players and supports local payment channels — online banking, bank transfer, and Philippine e-wallets. This keeps transactions straightforward and in PHP without any conversion or additional fees on your end.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account and navigate to the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount in PHP, and confirm the request. Withdrawals are processed to your registered payment account — make sure the name on your 709pub account matches the name on your bank or e-wallet account to avoid delays.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and whether any additional verification is required. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash or Maya are typically faster than bank transfers. If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, check your account for any pending verification requirements or contact [email protected] with your withdrawal reference number.

Common reasons include incomplete account verification, a mismatch between account and payment details, or an active wagering requirement from a bonus. Check your account dashboard for any outstanding verification steps. If the reason is unclear, email [email protected] — include your username and the withdrawal amount so the team can investigate quickly.
Games & Betting

709pub offers sports betting, live casino, and fish games. The Bet section covers PBA, NBA, international football, boxing, volleyball, and esports with live in-play options. Live Casino streams professional dealer tables for baccarat, roulette, and blackjack around the clock. Fish Games are available at various stake levels and are a favourite among Filipino players for quick, mobile-friendly sessions.

Yes. All live casino tables on 709pub are streamed live with professional dealers. Games run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so there is always a table open regardless of the time in the Philippines. A stable internet connection — Wi-Fi or mobile data on Globe, Smart, or DITO — gives you the best streaming experience.

Yes. The Wins page shows highlights of recent notable wins on the platform. It is updated regularly and gives you a real sense of the active player community on 709pub. Browsing wins from other players is open to everyone — no login required to view the page.
Mobile App

Visit the App page on the 709pub website for download instructions. The app is available for both Android and iOS. Installation is straightforward and takes only a minute or two on a standard Philippine mobile connection.

No. Your existing 709pub account works on both the website and the app. Log in with the same username or mobile number and password. Your balance, bet history, and VIP progress all sync automatically across devices — there is nothing extra to set up.

The 709pub app is optimised for Philippine mobile networks, including areas with slower or less consistent data speeds. Sports betting, fish games, and most account features work well on 3G and LTE. Live casino streaming performs best on a stable 4G or Wi-Fi connection. If you notice quality drops during a live game, switching to a stronger Wi-Fi signal usually resolves it.
VIP Programme

The 709pub VIP programme rewards active players with tier-based benefits. As you play more, you progress through VIP levels and unlock better perks. Visit the VIP page for a full breakdown of each tier, what it takes to reach the next level, and what benefits are available at each stage.

Details about VIP tier resets, maintenance periods, and progression windows are all explained on the VIP page. It is worth reviewing the terms for each tier so you know exactly how your progress is tracked and whether there are any activity requirements to maintain your current level.
Responsible Gaming

709pub provides tools to help you manage your gaming. You can set deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods through your account settings. If you need more help managing your play, visit the Responsible Gaming page for full details on available tools and self-exclusion options.

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your finances, work, relationships, or mental health, take it seriously. Use the self-exclusion or account suspension tools available through support, or email [email protected] to request a temporary or permanent closure. Gaming should be enjoyable entertainment — not a source of stress or financial pressure. See our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and external support resources.

Yes. If you want to permanently close your account, contact [email protected] with a clear request. The team will process the closure and confirm once it is done. Any remaining PHP balance at the time of closure will be handled according to the withdrawal process before the account is shut down. Review the Terms & Conditions for the full account closure policy.
